ICI Contractor Dues - First year members pay a flat fee of $1,000. Subsequent years include the public works assessments. ICI invoices all member contractors monthly for assessments on public works contracts awarded based on the following formula: The first $2,000,000 of fiscal year contract volume = .20 of 1%; the second $3,000,000 of fiscal year contract volume = .10 of 1%; fiscal year contract volume in excess of $5,000,000 = .05 of 1%. ICI currently applies a 30% discount to amounts it invoices for assessments on public works contracts. The Board of Directors reserves the right to review this discount. Indiana Constructors, Inc. is a 501(c)(6) corporation (IN). TIN/EIN # is 20-5329171. 20 percent of the ICI portion of the dues and assessments is not deductible in accordance with IRC Sec 6033..

AGC of America Dues - First-year members will pay the minimum amount ($500) for AGC of America dues. Subsequent years are based on volume; see the chart below. ICI is a chapter of Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America. Membership in the national association is a requirement for all members. AGC of America is an organization of qualified construction contractors and industry-related companies dedicated to skill, integrity and responsibility. The full range of services offered to members helps to improve the quality of construction and protect public interest. AGC works to educate the industry to employ the finest skills, promote the use of the latest technology and advocate building the best quality projects for public and private owners. 10 percent of the required AGC of America dues is not deductible in accordance with IRC Sec 6033.

The American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) is a national federation of private firms, public agencies and associations that aggressively and progressively promotes market development of safe and efficient transportation systems on behalf of its members. Established in 1902, the Washington, D.C. based association’s primary goal is advocating strong federal investment in transportation infrastructure. Complementing its vital leadership roles in this area, the association also provides advocacy, programs and services designed to help its member firms and agencies operate more efficiently and profitably. ARTBA dues are optional, and are $1,350 for ICI Contractor Members.
